Craig's List is your friend, put an ad up in the auto parts section. www.chicago.craigslist.com Also i would look and see if you can find a B18B swap. They aren't too expensive and add some power as well as greatly expand the amount of power you can make.

^^thanks for the heads up man!! its well appreciated. yeah, i still don't know what i would need for the B18 swap. i could imagine its probably the engine/trans, wiring harness, ecu, and axles? of course i need alittle guidence in all this. im excited, but i don't know exactly where to start. does a B18 drop into the stock EG mounts w/out having to get aftermarket mounts? what does a B18 clip usually go for as far as a LS vtec or GSR motor? i appreciate any info and help. thanks!

I wouldn't do an LS/VTEC personally. It is a very potenet engine but the problem is reliability. If you wanna go VTEC, get a B18C1. However, this engine is not cheap. Use the search feature to find what you need to do a swap. I've never done one (but i want to) so i couldn't tell you.

yeah, i've checked out some of the shopping list for a turbo d series. i have to say, i didn't think that it was going to be that easy, or to say the least, simple. not that turboing a car is a simple task, but most of the items needed are throw aways for the most part. right now the most important is to get a D16 that i can drop in w/ a tune up and run. it is however amazing the decent "street" power that you can obtain from a basic D16 vtec motor, with a good tune of course. i do want to keep it up there that i am looking for a D16 vtec motor/trans, harness, and ecu.(sorry for the shameless plug!)
