Default Ridin Em

i was coming home from college and this cavaqueer pulled out in front of me doing a right hand turn from the right side of the intersection w/ exhaust and he was hauling ass, and i had the green light so i caught up to him and got on his ass speed limit being 50mph on a single lane rd., he was going 50mph, then he sped up and i was on his bumper the whole time... i couldve had him if i didnt have to get off of the exit b4 the road split in 2 lanes... i was running an 8th of a tank just me driving, he had 3 other ppl in his car...

also this morning i took down a bonneville, where the road split into 2 lanes i went to the slow lane, and the guy sped up trying to race me, i got a nose ahead, then six seconds later i was about a car length ahead of him

some old woman almost killed me today. same basic thing. theres a deviding strip of greenery on that road, theres an opening in it for a docters office. iw as driving in the left lane, and this grand marquis pulls out in front of me from the doctors office...and i swear she pulled out when i was 2 seconds away from the spot. i almost hit her when she pulled out. but thats not all...she fricken STOPPED in a 45 zone!! right in front of me!!! needless to say i merged right and drove around her as fast as i could so she didnt try to kill me again.

people who dont know when its safe to pull into traffic and when its not piss me off. almost as much as people who dont use turn signals.

lol, harsh words coming from someone driving a 99 civic [:@]

The fact that he had 3 other people( extra 3-400 lbs) in the car and he still kept ahead of you, doesn't say much about your car. Depending on what year cavalier it was, it has 20-30 more hp/torque and similar weight stock. So it might be a cavaqueer, but it'll still spank your car if it is an 03+.

And the Bonneville GTPs have the blown 3.8 v6

it was a one lane road and i got off b4 it went into 2 lanes, i couldve had him, but i wouldve missed the exit for my house ... and even if it does have more hp, its a heavier car than the civic

The SI weighs ~2600lbs and a cavalier weighs 2616lbs

16 pounds going to make up for 25hp?

As much as they are hated and despised, the GM econoboxes, ever since they got the 2.2 ecotec put in them, will easily break high 15s stock, which will beat a fair amount of lightly modded civics. Race a 02 and below and it's a differant story.

its 16 plus the extra 500 or so pounds for driver and passangers. and 500 is modest because thats only 125 pounds each. so in reality its prolly more like 550-600 pounds for the people. then add the 16 on...that will make up for the 25 horsepower.
