Hi Guys,

Just bought a wonderful 2008 Civic EX Coupe that I love except for the alarm horn blast.... When activating the alarm from my key fob, I get the confirmation horn blast and my neighbors are starting to hate me though I've only had the car for 3 days.

Do you guys, know of a way of cancelling this "confirmation" horn? With my previous cars, there were ways of changing many features through a series of procedures (keys, door, locks, etc, etc). Can this be done with the new Civic?

Horn blast......good God man.... that ain't no blast. It's a beep.Tell your neighbors to bite your a$$.
Hell, Grandma's Taurus has a louder horn confirmation than your Civic. Tell your neighbors to mind their biz.
