Default 1995 Civic Light Problem

Hey all, I'm new here with a 1995 Civic EX that I just bought 2 weeks ago and I have ran into some lighting issues. My parking, instrument (dash), and tail lights have quit working. My headlights and turn signals still work fine. I have just installed a new Kenwood head unit, which I know often causes problems, but the car had an aftermarket unit already when I bought it. I installed the radio a week ago, but all lights worked fine afterwards. After washing the car yesterday is when the problem occurred. I started to check the fuse for the instrument/tail lights, but there is no fuse there. Instead I discovered some jerry-rigged wiring tucked up next to the fuse panel. There are two inline fuses in there, but they are ok. I did have part of the dash apart (where the radio is) before I washed it because I didn't have the antenna wire plugged all the way in. So now I don't know if something got wet or something else is messed up. Any ideas?

Disregard my post, it ended up being a blown fuse. 1 or 2 fuses weren't the right type and were in the wrong place.
