I've got a 99 EX where the dash light under the vent control is out, and the radio display light is out. Want to isolate the wiring or bulb, but need the wiring diagram, my book doesn't have crap for details. Can someone provide the dash wiring diagram for a 99 Civic EX, 1.?L , automatic, please? Specifically, the center dash console; heater venter controls and radio. Much appreciated.....

 

There are no published diagrams that I know of that detail the interior of the radio or the heater control panel. In the harness, I think the red with black stripe wires are the dash lighting power, and the solid red is bulb return (to the dimmer control, which pulls it to ground proportionally with how bright you want them). Like in your other post about this, I still say it is just burnt out bulbs. Whenever something won't light up, always check the bulb first.
