Hi,

I want to get rid of my ugly old steel antenna. I was reading and some one mentioned a "windshield" antenna which i think is hidden although I'm not sure what it is. What do you guys recommend.

Windshield antennae are very thin wires that run up your windshield. I always thought that they were part of the galss though, as in under one of the layers. Even if you get rid of your antenna, you will still have a big hole there unless you completely shave it.

I have seen Billet antennae. They are pretty cool if you want to drop 20 or 30 bucks on one.

 

Well I'm having some body work done so I am going to get them to remove it I hope. What do the billet antennas look like? How well do the windshield antennas work compared to the stock ones?
