Bad idea to complain in front of other customers. If you come into my shop and complain in front of other customers the police will be on there way to throw you right outa there. If they are a handling it I dont see a reason to cause a scene. They most likely wont give you anything for free, they ay give you a discound on your next purchase though. They also have to pay for the speakers and did not grow to that much of a succesful buisness chain by giving things away for free, but you never know whos in charge that day and how they are feeling. Just let it be known, that if soeone bad mouths me in front of my customers and I am going to do the BARE minimum for them, then blow them right out of the store.

ALso on a side note, the install is only as good as the installer. If the best install shop in the whole world hires a noob with no experience he can mess up your car with the quickness, if Best Buy hires the best installer in the world, he will do one kick butt job on your car.

Very true. But, like I said, many times a car from a chain would come into the shop to fix problems... mainly electrical problems... not just faulty amp wiring.

Yeah, they also have to pay for the damage done to the car. If they don't offer this dude, small claims their head into the legal word work it leaves them with a headache. LEVIII, you're hard.

Tuesday here in San Angelo my future father in law went to Best Buy to get that deal where he can get the internet in his car. Well they messed up his car electronically. I 'll found out all that went down tonight over dinner.
