EQ?
 
just got my syst. on sunday and installed most the stuff myself ... 2 12"s 2 6x9 in the back 2 in the doors 800w amp to the subs and a 500w amp to the back 6x9s but i also have an EQ for it but the thing is that i dont know how to install that (my first EQ) ... i looked around but i cantfind a diagram on how to install it ... need help ... thanks

Put it before the amp, RCAs from HU to the EQ and then EQ RCAs to amp.

How do YOU like the sound of your tunes "without" the EQ? Don't add it cause your friends say you need it, and it will look cool. Please your own ears.....

well it sounds coolwhen im listening tohip hop or rap but thatsnot the only thing i listen to ... so i would like to have control of how much bass i want ...

That could be done with a decent HU. If you want to control your exact frequencies and what not for your tastes keep the EQ.

i get how to do the RCAs its just theres like three other wires that say something bout a remote and i dont no what to do with those ...???

blue = remote turns on amp
black = ground
red = ignition
yellow = 12v
these are the usual wires on any 12v car audio equipment
i dont know what colors you have i hope this helps
