I have a 2005 honda Civc LX and it has a single DIN radio qwith a pocket underneath the EX or SE I don't remember which but one of them has a bigger radio is it a fulldouble DIN or is it the same size as the LX without the pocket... because I was going to order the plate off the EX and put it in my LX so I could install a double DIN radio in my car

 

Just go to crutchfield's website and select your car. Then try to add a double-din radio to the cart and see if it says "It Fits"

 

Yeah i thought to check that and it doesn't leave a place to specify trim of car so im guessing it doesnt matter but I swear i have seen my model car with a DD radio that looked like it was in the original hardware so how was it done?
