How complicated is it to find a converter kit for an '05 Civic VP, will I need a wiring harness, what's the best way to run an amp power cable(going for as clean as possible here), and how easy is it to swap speakers out of the doors?

 

You are going to need a wiring harness and a dash kit... Metra normally makes it and they might not have it out for you whip yet... although if the '04 is the same then you can pick up a kit for your 05. The best way to run a power wire is thru your engine firewall and along and under the sides of your kick panels. Also put in a fuse between the battery and firewall of the car.
