does anyone know how well these work? if I spend more money on one, will I get a better one?... im just sick of swappin cds all the time [:@]

no. it is no better quality than what you hear on the radio. get a h/u that has an aux input

how would I run the wire? and how would I get the stuff off my jump drive through a aux input? I dunno if mine has one or not, it's at home in my closet right now... i'll check this weekend.

Just run an RCA patch cable. You can make it pretty if you want. Whatever is your bag do it.

He's talking about one of those little *** USB strage devices, not an iPod or anything like that. I never knew anything like that existed, sorry I can't help more.

My friend uses one with his scandisk thumbdrive. To me it's inbetween cd and fm, leaning more towards fm. But it is a very cheap alternative to an MP3 player/AUX setup. Go for it!

If you can find a cheap one, I guess it's better than nothing. I used one for a while with my iPod and the sound quality was pretty bad. But it was cheap.

thanks for the help guys... I already need to get a thumbdrive ("jumpdrive") for school, so I figured why not get a big one, and store music on it too? then get a fm transmitter and not have to switch CD's anymore... but I dunno yet, I dunt really have money for anything right now... I just found out the balljoints, shocks and 1 hub on my dodge are bad... they are all gonna get replaced. about $400 done by a close friend...good deal actually. It's still f/s!
