Half of dash lights not working along with climate control lights

Hey guys I have a 2003 civic si hatch. I installed a aftermarket radio today and after I installed it I noticed my dash was only lighting up on the left side and my climate control lights went out too. Any of you guys see this before? Please help me figure this out
