help with amp wiring

Connect only the 12v wire on the amp with a thick wire to the battery. You already have that. You need to disconnect the remote wire from the amp and the splitter and instead run a new wire from the head unit to the remote terminal. This wire can be like 18 to 20 gauge because it does not need to carry a large current.

just run a little blue wire down to cd player?

correct, get rid of the splitter and run the REM wire (whatever color it is) to the blue wire behind the head unit. the power wire should be by itself too.

another question how would i go about
hiding the wires running down my car?
cut a line in my carpet then hot glue it back together or what?
:P

Run the wire along the side of the car. Tuck it up under the plastic trim where it meets the carpet. You may have to unscrew a couple of pieces of trim or maybe not.

yeah, under the back seat, down the side under the trim, then through the firewall(for the power)

Make sure to have a fuse inline in your power wire right next to where it connects to the battery. If you don't have a fuse and the wire shorts out to ground, it is likely to set your car on fire.

if theres a blue/white behind your deck use that..... solid blue is power antenna.... only turns on with the radio..... then again some decks dont have both ..... hope this helps
