HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!

holy crap my car is goin crazy and i need help quick cause i have to be able to drive it to work tomorrow. I disconnected the negative side of the battery today to do some stuff and in this process i broke a little crimped on connector for some wire. When i tryed to reconnect my battery cable the alarm went nuts so i figured that wire was for the alarm. So i just crimped on another connector and hooked it back up and then when i tryed to put the negative cable on the alarm went nuts again. I dont know what to do now casue i hit dissarm on the remote and nothing happens. I dont know if this alarm is stock or if the previous owner put it on. The remote says alpine on it and all it does is lock/unlock the doors and only goes off normally if i turn the key and its still armed. AHHHHH please help

probably hooked it up and then disarmed the alarm ;) LOL

one thing i have noticed is after you disconect your battery for to long the engine runs like crap afterwards for a bit.... i run it down to the grocery store cut the car off for a min and start it back up and its back to normal....

i figure the computer has a HORIBLE memory storage and forgets everything after ya unhook the battery.LOL

RE: HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!

ya ;) a quick way to disable the alarm is find the alarms valet/momentary switch...... its a simple black push button switch thats realy small. SHOULD be under the dash!
basicaly put the key in the ignition and into the run position and within 5seconds push and hold that button down and it should disarm the alarm system.......

it also works the same if you loose the remote control you can REarm the system same way and disarm it as well the same way.
sometimes it realy doesnt want to put out a signal or something.LOL definatly a good idea to find out where that switch is located...
