HID Question ?
you dont need the relay pack (1st picture) for your civic.
also it appears your kit isnt plug n play as most are.
The harness that plugs into factoy bulb has a ground wire and a 12 volt wire for low beam. Splice a wire into each and run the ground to the black wire of the HID bulb and the 12 volt wire for low beam to the red wire of the HID bulb. I dont have the wire colors handy right because I am home.
Now the rest is plug n play. The longer harness off the HID bulb plugs into the ballast and the two smaller plugs go to the same plugs coming out of the ballast.

i thought the relay was a safty feature to prevent the stock wireing from potentially frying from the 23,000 volt ignite.im guessing his civic did not come stock with a hid system . also to keep the light from flickering and strobing reducing the life of the ballist and bulb.???????????

hmm dam do your stocks still work.also is the ballist socket one way or can you accidentally plug it in backwords a co worker had that problem and it damaged the ballist .do you have a wireing diagram .if all else fails bring it to a shop that installs hid see what they think maybe have them install them its very cheap.
Plug and play is 50% at best.... Use the relay's They ARE needed.
Get 12 volts from the battery NOT the headlight harness. Use only the negative trigger from the factory bulb harness to trigger the relays.... trust me.
The lights are turned on via a ground......
