how do i take this off?
 

i wanna change the bulb behind it because it blew

The entire bezel, or just the AC/heater controls?

On my 97 the only way to get the heater / ac controls out were to take off the lower "neck" if you will, under the dash there, and look up at screws holding it in there. There was one lower and 2 on each side of mine, so 5 total, that you had to unscrew from the back. It takes a little blood and sweat.

You basicly have to be lying upside down looking up at the stuff up there with a flashlight.

yea the heater, a/c controls. errrr. ill take a look tomorrow and see.

To remove the Heater Control Unit, first remove the lower dash console, then remove the radio. Then to remove the Heater Control Unit, there are 2-3 screws holding the unit on the front of it. So, squeeze your body with a flashlight to see where they are. There is another easy to see screw on the back bracket of the unit. Also, CAREFULLY, remove the hot-cold pull wire.
