You screw it down. You dont need a box. The only box it needs is something to ship it in to your house.

ya no box. i actully thought about buying one of them but then i decided to go more performace stuff. i hear their made more for just having the bass there and to give ur sound system a lil bump. its not a sub that will rock and rattle everything within a few feet, its just for hitting the lows when at a decent volume i suppose. but i dont own one or know anyone who owns one so i may be wrong. good luck tho!

Right on... They're awesome. I don't know what the difference between the two is but you'll be happy with either I'm sure.

I have one, that's basically how I have mine set. It can go a lot louder but I'm not out to destroy my eardrums any more than I already have. It sounds good.

It fits perfectly in the corner of the trunk too!!

edit: this is the original basslink. I don't know about the basslink II.

how much should one of these babies go for? found one on ebay for $164.99 and $37.00 for shipping... that any good? seems good to me for a sub, amp, and a box all in one. plus I think it came with a freakin remote control, which would prolly not work... lol. They had a basslink II for $202 and the shipping was "not specified".... I think it has 50 more watts.... dunno if itd be worth it or not.....

sorry to threadjack, but now I am interested

edit__Crutchfield has the basslink for 300 and the basslink II for 400
