Installing Civic-SE 6 disc CD/MP3 Changer on a 2005 Coupe EX
 

i want to remove my factory CD player on my 2005 civic coupe EX and upgrade it to the 6-disc CD/mp3 player that comes with the SE line of 2005 civic.

my primary concern is if unit will fit on my non-SE civic since the dash trim of the civic is a oddly shapped. i want to know if I would need a double din trim for my car when I install this unit.

has anyone changed the stock radio from an '05 civic ex? if so, do you think the unit above would fit without adding any extra trim?

im currently selling mine right now, if you want one, and yes you will need to buy a double din kit for your car, but there will be no wiring needed, it's the same as your current HU, so it will just plug in the same harness as yours
