You don't have to be worried. As long as you drive your car around your battery will be alright. Now if you leave your system playing at full blast with the ignition off for an extended period of time, you might be looking for some jumper cables.

Thats why I always keep a pair in my boot I pull up at outdoor partys, doofs, raves, whatever, kill the engine and pump the hekticbeats with the fully sick neons. I always have to get jump starts. Fuel is just too damn expensive to keep the car running.

LOL well if ya have that much of a problem playin around... then get a second battery in the trunk and setup a isolator or just a quick throw conection... that way you can just get ready to leave.... flick a switch OR throw a quick discont handle and start up your ride every time!
but thats only if your to freaken cheap to start your ride up from time to time.LOL

OR if ya wanna look stupid every time you can always just buy a large portable JUMPER PACK...
I LOVE THOSE THINGS!!!!!!! i had one and it saved my @ss from looking stupid quite a bit with my old vehicles i had!!!!
just be sure to buy the largest one ya can... cause those SMALL packs just wont help you out at all if the battery is to dead!
i tried the crapy jumper my work had.LOL it was dog crap!!!!

BUT unfortunatly after 4years my jumper pack just stoped holding a charge so i gotta buy a new one... i just dont want one of these packs with abunch of stupid things like air pump and lights. that just make them big and bulky with no power!

agree with addict, the isolators are not that pricey, and they act like a relay type thing. When the car's off, it kills the connection between the 2 batteries, so they aren't compeating for power the entire time, I haven't messed with them cause I don't run anything big anymore, so i have a stock battery, but i hear they are a good idea.

yup got a kinetik myself. Its a good choice. All batts die. Kinetiks can be rechaged repeatedly. Like an optima yellow top except its a lot more reliable than those junks(I worked at a stereo shop and saw more yellow tops s**t themselves than any other battery, its experience talking not fancy ads here!!) Kinetiks are an awsome choice but they do have a memory issue. Charge it very well before you start using it, i.e. drive your car for about a half hour-45 minutes when you install it and anytime after you need a jump!!!! Other than that, enjoy.

I love my Kinetiks. But if you want to do dual batteries n like to keep ur car off, forget an islotor, that is a minium .7 voltage drop. Look into a large amperage relay, they are usually 60-80. Set it up so everything runs off teh rear battery in ACC and in run the batteries are back in parralel.

well i had a problem this past weekend... i was driving back to my house and about a block away, my car just died... i thought something got wet under bc we had a down pour and massive floods... anyway, i took it to my boy who workson my car and he told me it was just the battery that gave up... now i still got this kentik battery still there and thought about just putting it on... now should i just use the kentik battery or should i buy another battery and run a line to the back for the kentik... i just don't want the amp to keep turning off bc of not enough power, im tired of that sh*t.... any suggestions...
