Default Mid range advice

As we all know, the rear deck on the '01 - '05 Civic coupe throws off the sound of 6X9 speakers. My midrange is nonexistant. My setup is Panasonic CQ-C7103U, 6.5 Eclipse door speakers, JBL GTO920 6X9 speakers, Memphis Audio 12" sub and MTX Thunder 421 amp. Any advice on how to increase my mid range?

I have Infinity 6x9s and no issues with midrange, do you have an amp on the door and 6x9s? also does your HU have an equalizer?

I've only attempted once to wire the 6x9s to an amp and they sounded like crap just all treble. I never thought about having an amp for the door speakers.

Get rid of your rear speakers, or turn them wayyy down. Get a nice set of aftermarket speakers (components > coax) upfront, match them with quality 2 (or 4) channel amp, and enjoy the front sound stage... Where your music should be coming from. Also, make sure your crossover points are set correctly - both on your sub and on your speakers.

Edit: I just saw that you've already got some Eclipse speakers up front. Nice choice! I'd match them up with an Eclipse amp, and turn your rear speakers way down (fade)

Thanks! I'll give that a try.

Im wondering if your rear speakers are out of phase. JBL typically puts out good speakers. Check to see if they are wired backwards.
