Need help connecting XM

2000 Civic EX 2 door automatic. I bought an XM radioand the Audiovox FM Direct Adaptor, which plugs into the radio antenna input. So how do I get access to the factory antenna wire? Is it possible to reach up under the dash and find it? or does the dash have to be removed?

yes you need to remove your factory radio and install the wires FM mod behind it. the antenna is solid from the actual antenna to the back of the radio there are no breaks in the wire.
