I bet you a kicker solo X or even a kicker L7 will hit harder and sound better.

Note: This statement is completely biass, mainly because I own kicker equipment. Congrats wth your system. Hey Mill$, I no a guy who works for tweeter and he said he can hook me with any JL stuff I needed or wanted at cost. Maybe I can make yur JL W7 dream come true. Hit me up.

lol.

The w7 is and has been since its debut the standard for car audio subwoofers. I hate that fact because it is overpriced, but it is one of the top three elite. The solo x is fart knocking "my ***** is bigger then yours" sub, and the L7 isn't even in the ball game

wow, hmmm sounds like someone who had there mommy buy there system. With language like that, i'm surpriced your allowed to drive. The L7 has won many contest, and kicker as a line has won so many sound quality comps you couldn't even count that high. COnsidering your probably about 12.

Hardly...
I'm 20 and don't own a single JL product. I own in my oppinion one of the other three subs that can compare to the W7 in SQ/SPL. I'v heard too many Kicker systems that were set up for street beating that just do not sound good. The square sub technology, unless set up perfectly, does not allow for a good response. The SoloX has won one world championship and that system was designed by some of the greatest minds in the business. The W7 subwoofer is the standard. Why do you think every new sub that comes onto the market there are 100s of posts on the forums "XXXX vs. W7".

And I apologize is "fart" and "*****" is deemed immature language, but brand humping is about as childish as it comes

Alright man, I kind of got out of hand. All that matters is legit car audio. I respect people who go out and buy respectable product, and not just pep boys special.

these mainstream brands that are mentioned like kicker and jl USE to be alot better back when they first came out like the round solo baric those pounded.....Now they are so mass marketed that i think the build quality has gone down a bit.Now you hear stuff from small companies that not alot of people know about like.....audioque,DD,atomic,stereo integrity,TC sounds and places like that, the more i hear about all this the less and less i hear about people buying mainstream unless they read nothing on the net and just go around the local audio shops.I'm not saying that jl and kicker arent bad im just saying there are alot cheaper better sounding subs out there now.

i bet those might not beat as hard but i bet they sound alot better doing it.....i think we have a kicker fanboy in here...lol...jk
i dont need to keep going on about this cause im thinkin that comparisions like this happen about 20 times a day on forums and they just keep going on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and never end.........ITS ALL OPINIONS ANYWAYS.
