You can do many things. You could wire them directly to the battery with a switch placed inside the car, or you can wire them to switch on with the head lights... anything. They run on 12 volt power. Dont hook them up to the alternator tho.

I got my lights the are OPTX by Streetglow. You have to run power to battery and power to lights. what is the best way to hook into the lights.

Well that is what I meant

I would run power from battery to Light switch for neons but then I have an ignition switch on the neon controller in the instruction it says to run to car ignition. But I only want the light to have power when the headlights are on so how would i run the ignition controller swith to headlights power. Would I run it through fuse tap on fuse box for headlights.

I'm not sure

i have no idea what your looking at... you should connect all the tubes and connect the controller, then wire the controller to the batt and place it up in the car where u can get to it, or wire a on off switch. iv never seen neons ran through the headlights(not a good idea) and idk what they are saying about the ignition but thats deff not what they are trying to get you to do

i drew ya a little diagram....it shoudl help ya out. The black thing next to the battery is a fuse....DONT forget the fuse. The switch is ust just a standard toggle switch and can be picked up at radio shack of whatever for like 2 bucks.....just mount it somewhere inside the car so u can toggle the lights on and off whenever u want.
