I own a 2010 civic and want to change my headlights to bmw style halo/angle eye lights with audi style led strips underneath. Does anyone know how to go about doing that? Where is the best place to buy them? Do I need to get someone to install them or is it pretty easy to do? How much does it usually cost? Any other tips or info I might need? Thanks, I am attaching a pic of my car if it helps to answer any of these questions!

 

I would assume you could get them through most aftermarket retailers or on the net. As for install I would assume it's similar to all the other civics where you drop the bumper, undo a couple bolts on the housing and bolt the new one in. If the wiring is different they would probably come with a wiring diagram to follow.
