rear speaker removal

hey everyone. i was hoping that some1 on here could either explain or give me a link to explain how to remove the rear 6x9s in a 2004 honda civic coupe VIP (similar to the LX i think correct me if im wrong). it looks like the interior side panels have to come off just to get the cover off. so some1 please help me out here. thanks

man its super hard to get the rear speakers out. you need to take the seats out, then the window pillar panel, then the whole side panel in the back, then take the rear deck out. i shoulda writtten everything down when i did mine, but i wasnt really thinking about it lol sorry. but it took me and my friend like 2 and a half hours just to get at the rear speakers. its probly just because were stupid haha but we did it and it sounds good:)

yeah, it woulda been a pain in the ass, had i done it the correct way.
lol

all i did was pop out the speaker covers and used my dremel to carve out a little section above all four screws so i could screw the speakers down. then all i had to do was slide the speakers in from underneath and screw 'em in :D

piece of cake.
