i want to put a solid audio set up in my car, but i dont want it to be crazy, i want 1 10 in a box, and an amp. Im already getting an alpine headunit, but i want to know, what would be a good set up for what i want??

alright..now that thats said..if u wanna know a good set up for your car,, for one we would need to know what sub, what amp. what your goin for. if you still want trunk space. do you need your back seats...there are too many ????'s

if you are just looking for some bump then one 10" with about a 300 watt amp will be just fine. It's not going to win any competitions or anything but will sound great. My personal opinion is a single top of the line 12" sub and a hi powered 500-800 watt amp. It would be a bit more pricey, but with about the same amount of space taken up it will hammer!

If you want an example look into JL Audios W7 series speakers... just one 13" sub will slam harder than alot of 2-4 (10" and 12") speaker setups.

i used to have 2 12's and a 1000 watts amp all kenwood ... it was an awsome system but when i traded in my malibu for my civic i took it out and sold it... now im thinking about 2 10's and 2 12's and 2 1500 watt amps hmm am i crazy?
