I have a 1998 1.6ES model which i have just bought, i noticed that it does not come with rear speakers although the cabling is there for it. Any reason why Honda do this?

 

Somebody had this same problem. Im thinking that the dealer was selling the cars with stereo packages. The 'oh so nice' stereo package most likely had the rear speakers. Or the previous owner just removed them. Some people hate rear speakers. The whole poitn of them is to 'fill' a pseudo sound in the rear.
