Given this post, I assume you just want subs, and not a complete sound system.

What do you want out of you system? Lots of bass, or sound quality?

No I don't just want subs I would also like to have a good stereo system and to answer your question I want a balance between both bass and quality if that's possible

Are you set on a dual sub setup? Cause those get expensive real fast and take up a ton of room.

I'd recommend going with just a single ten or twelve.

These subs are really nice.

Get 2 alpine type rs you cant go wrong with them subs and in the right box and hooked up right you will have quality and bass. Pioneer premier decks are the best in my opinion. But most people are brand loyal when it comes to stuff like that. I have pioneer in my civic and kenwood in my blazer.

I went to my local best buy and found a whole Kenwood setup with speakers for front and back and radio for $461.13 and I was wondering if that is a good price and if it would be worth getting?

best buy is always over priced.. you can find cheaper for the same stuff they are selling online. Only thing I like about them is they put the stuff in for you lol.. Never bought any type of car audio or video from best buy.. I like how they have stuff set up though where you can listen to different subs with different amps though thats pretty neat.

Well thats the thing I'm a complete noob when it comes to cars and installing stuff would end up with me ruining my car so best buy at the moment is my best option unless I try to do it myself which like I said would probably end up ruining my car's electrical setup.

Type Rs are good, just don't buy one at Best Buy. waaaayyy overpriced lol.

i still say go with a single sub, sealed box setup though.

No. The only good thing kenwood makes are Head Units....and some of their amps are ok.

True, check out woofersetc.com or powermaxelectronics.com

I would never let best buy touch my car....at least the one here. That's the thing with installing at retail chains. Some have amazing installers who truly care about your car, and some have kids who have absolutely no idea what they're doing and don't care.
