I agree with super-fly.. had a lot of good points. I always just buy off eBay.. never had a problem with anything on eBay as long as you buy from people who have high ratings and have done a lot of business.

 

super-fly, are those subs you suggested made with custom sub boxes or would I have to make one and also what stereo would you suggest then if the kenwood isn't that good?

 

No you'd have to get an enclosure. But all those subs can go in a sealed box, and those are really easy and really cheap to make if you're willing.

For head units, anything alpine makes is solid, though you do pay for the name. Honestly it's not too big a deal. Just get one with at least two sets of RCA preouts on the back and then whatever other features you want.

But I'll leave you to decide on the Head Unit. It's your personal preference that matters (although stay away from lanzar, pyramid, sony)
