Default Stop Trunk Rattle

Chimera's "Pissing me off" post talking about trunk rattle reminded me about my trunk... it rattles! In my defense, however, I have a nice setup with speakers and my subwoofer is more complimentary than mind-blowing! Still I have a trunk that has a shake that I'd like to know how to stop it... any suggestions w/ pictures? and thanks Chimera for showing me the light!

my girls does the same thing but the bass is more than complimentary. her whole rear deck dances and slapps off the rear window. i was thinking maybe some rubber lining? sound deadening would always work too.

The plastic thing in the back that covers my back speakers doesnt shake at all... when you are ouside the car looking at the trunk you can even see where the trunk is contacting with the body of the car when the sub is all the way on... It is funny because you can barely hear the speakers with the door closed but when the windows roll down it is really loud, so when you only hear the trunk rattle as you go by it... well... it just looks dumb...

ya main thing about removing rattling is most important

DETERMINE WHATS REALY RATTLING!
push everywhere you can until when ya press and it either disapears or is alot less noticable....
and do what you have to do to fix it.... like with your liscence plate rattling use some foam strips all around the outside.... or i fya dont want the plate sticken out alittle from the foam then tighten down the lower bolts... downfall is thier is no lower bolts so youll have to drill into your trunk

or just try adding more dynomat.
