Subs and Amps??!!

I just replaced my stock fronts with two 6 1/2 two way Sony Explods. They have 240W peak power. Also I had to rip out my rear deck to put the same two speakers in the back. [whomever had the car previously didn't have speakers.] My HU is a Dual 220Watt CD player with an iPlug that allows to hook up anything with RCA audio output. So now my question is, I want the most bang for my buck. I am on the low budget side. I have seen this 200 watt amp and I want to install that along with 2 10" 700W Pioneer subs. Should I do that setup? I want to put the two subs on the opppiste end of the trunk right behind the wheel wells. With the amp I SHOULD get 420 watts. Is that good, or should I get more. I only have a 55 amp alternator, and a 12V battery. I don't want a system that will break ya nieghbors windows, but I do want to FEEL my music. The SONYS are LOUD as Hell. So will the amp and Pioneers be a good choice. If not can you recommend different amps/subs, that are BELOW $100?

I'd go to walmart and buy the Xplod AMp there for 100 bucks, I think it is 600 or 700 watts. Then I'd get one 12" Xplod sub. I just have a 600 watt Amp and the 4 6.5" XPlod speakers and they kick a lot more then you'd expect without a sub. Those are my intentions anyways, once I pick up some dough.
