subs make lights dim?

ya 4gauge amplifier wires power and ground like said. and if the dimming is still thier THEN upgrade your alternator... the stock alternator is only like 70amps. BUT most of your dimming is from that 8gauge wire! been thier done that.... but on a personaly note I HATE POWER ACOUSTIC.... ive had 5 of thier amplifiers and EVERYONE FRIED well one didnt fry it just stoped working..... ill never buy them again!

one thing with a amplifier and subwoofers..... GO BY "RMS" rating! if it doesnt say RMS power DONT BUY IT!
i like my RF amplifier... only rated at 1K watts RMS BUT comes with its birth sheet that states it pushes 1,640watts RMS. i love underrated amplifiers!

atleast re-ground the battery with some 4. Thast waht i did and tey dont dim hardly at all anymore.
