Subwoofer hookup

So if i hook theamp negative to a rear deck speaker negative and theamp positive to the same rear deck speaker positive? Or do i have to hook it up to somewhere totally different?

Connect the amp to the line output of your head unit using an RCA cable (the round plugs about 3/8 inch diameter, typically colored red and white). Ideally your head unit will have a subwoofer output, which allows you to tune the sub settings thru the head unit menus. If it doesn't, use the rear output.

go to bestbuy or circuit city, or frys or a car audio shop and say put this in my car and hand it to them.....
