so im cruiseing along on the freeway right and i had my amp adjusted by my buddy and im bumpin it not even that loud just bumpin it i have high fonics 1600 watt amp and some 3 10 inch jl audio dw-6 on 4 gauge wire, so im cruiseing on freeway and all the sudeen my bass goes quite... so im like **** i burned my amp so i took my amp out put my 10' back in there and my kicker amp just alittle kicker amp to power a 10 and i connect it all up and i get no power to my amp... no boom from sub... so i follow wire back to batt, its connected i followed line iun carpet make sure no rips tears... everything is fine.... i used test light no power comin out of my wires.... bad head unit???

its probley the fuse that is on the red wire from the amp to the battery oh and i didnt know gl made speakers lol j/k its JL !

dude i had the same problem.. i fuked around for hours before me and a buddy just cleaned up the connection to the battery and made it nice and solid and its worked fine since then so give that a try.. mine didn't even look bad but i did that and it seemed to solve the problem
