Default racing tomorrow, different car *pics added!*

well my car pooped out on me. brake master cylinder is bad and also my rear drums/shoes are bad. if it were just the drums/shoes then no big deal, but the brake master cylinder is real bad, little pressure on brake pedal and sinks after holding longer than a second or 2. my friends letting me co-drive his Subie 2.5RS so its all good. great chance to try out a completely different car, im excited. he's been racing for a good 7 years, tons of experience with autox, hpde, track events and such. i cant wait to see how my times compare to his.

anyways heres the car. 1st pics comin out of a fast sweeper, almost zero body roll ftw!!!!

not really, but if i really wanted to i could prolly get like 3 events a month... theres 2 scca regions that hold events throughout the year where i live, one of which holds atleast 1 event every month during the summer season. the other region gets as many possible events in a year but its limited due to the lot they use always has events going on. on top of those 2 regions, theres atleast 2 other non-scca affiliated clubs that hold events quite often. one of em is a general car club, their events are usually small but they hold atleast 1 event every month. the other is a Porsche club and their events are usually just as good as the scca region events and they hold a handful of events throughout the year..

omg i love these cars...that thing is SOLID, goes right where u want it to. back end gets a little loose on certain turnsbut just hammer the throttle and it corrects quickly and almost effortlesslymy friend got 1st place in STS and i took 3rd place in STS outa i believe 18. 2nd place when to a crazy Integra LS, got me by just a tenth of a second, but i cant complain. im really surprised i was about 1.5 seconds slower than my friend in his own car, i expected to be killed lol. i have learned tho, i neeeeeeeeedmuchstifffersuspension andmorenovice schoolsif i even wana get close to those positions again. judging by howmy friends SI ran, i figured i'd be about 4-5 seconds from 1st place[:'(]

sadly didnt get any video but i think someone got pics so ill post em. i got a few pics of some of the cars which ill post up soon.

I'll post pics later, but I also had a blast autocrossing the saab today:-D Very fast course and I managed to spin the boat (something I presumed to be impossible until now). I will definitly be picking up some sort of a civic to run in sp or sm for next season or even in the winter series. AJ, is AI hosting any events down here soon? I know we have something at the Ripken upcoming in august I believe, but I don't know if I'll be going to that.
