all you gotta do is use a blade from a razor. angle it slightly and it gets it right off

we window chalked a buddys truck once and some moron decided to write on his tailgate......emergency wal mart run and some NU FINISH got it right off, it works on the plastic too, if it is insanley caked in u can use acid based rim cleaner but u have to have a house ready to rinse it off.
