When I turn the ac and blower on, the ecu does not ground the pick circuit for the clutch or the condenser fan relays. the lead form the switch to the ecu shows about 3.5 volts. (is this correct?). My system is fulley charged and I have tested the preasure switch and thermal switch on the compressor. The pick and supply voltages at the relays are also correct. If I jumper the relays the system works. Any ideas? Thanks, Tim
