Default 91 honda civic electric load detector

Does anyone know were the ELD is located at and what it looks like. Repair manual stated that it is in the main fuse box. I have not been able to find it there, I am assuming that it is inside the fuse box. If so the part is no longer made and it would be a junk yard part.

I couldn't find an ELD mentioned in either the 88 or 90 Civic manual. Possibly, the 91 Civic also lacks an ELD. What repair manual do you have?
