94' Honda Civic fuel system not working
Sup Honda guru's I have been having some serious car(1994 honda civic DX, 5 speed coupe) diagnosis problems with my car. My car won't start. I had checked by my certified mechanic friend and we thought it was the fuel pump because it didn't come on. He later found out that the pump was good, but it wasn't getting any power to it from the cord. He rechecked grounds and wires, but he couldn't find anything. I had it towed to the Honda dealership for a more indepth diagnosis (somehow the car wind up on a Nissan dealership first). I got phonecall from a technician stating the problems with my car: dead battery, bad starter, and bad clutch peddler, $700 in repairs and so on. I just was not buying this, I call my friend and he call the dealership and things got nasty from that point on. After a few more hours of diagnosis, they told me that it would cost me more that $1800 or so to diagnosis the problem. i got the car towed back to my friend place, I ask around for help on trouble shooting this thing. I had him replace the main relay, which was a waste of money. Now I'm up to replacing the ecu, does anyone know anything I can be overlooking or doing wrong in this reparing problem.

take your main fuel relay out its under your dash and resolder then cracked spots on the circuit board. its a common thing.
did you check your grounds on your batttery, make sure frame and motor is grounded, is there a cel on?
hav you pulled your fuses under dash and under hood to check them ALL.
