How do u wire these up? Its an autometer gauge. What color wire do i use from my O2 Sensor?

I feel like im defusing a bomb......is it green? Or Black? Or White? (Sweating profusly).......ah the clock is ticking.................yo snipe are ya sure its green? U hooked up an A/F gauge?

 

Pete if you have a 96 - present civic the purple wire from the gauge goes to the white wire on your O2 sensor.

If your still worried, pull up Autometer's home page and call the number on the home page (if you dont mind calling long distance) and speak their tech department and they will tell you exactly which wire to hook it up to and the best way to run your power and ground for free.

i called autometer...........its white.

 

You hook the wires up on the first O2 sensor thats right on your header in the engine bay right? Not the 2nd O2 sensor underneath where the header meets the rest of the exhaust?

 

yes the first O2 sensor, second one is only there to keep tabs on your cat. converter.

 

k cool. Well actaully in my case i dont even have a cat, so theyd read the same (but ill hook it up to the first o2 sesnor anyway). Michigans Emissions Laws > California's
