What do you guys think of the Apexi Neo? Does anyone know how these things hook up to the car. Is it like using a harness to hook into the ecu that comes with the controller?

 

you have to hardwire it to the wires coming out of your ecu

 

How hard is that to do? By that I mean how many wires would you have to tamper with?

 

If its anything like my Apex'i Power FC.... a lot.

 

they arent fun... i had a vafc2 in my 99si and it wasent fun to do...

 

I've got the Neo, it's not complex at all. It IS an awesome tool though, has a lot of great options to include the VTEC control options. I actually started to part my car out this week and am selling my aftermarkets. I'll let the NEO go for $275 if you want. And to give you a slight hint, I know VERY little about electronics, and I uninstalled it myself in about ten minutes. Not difficult like the Power FC is. Let me know though, it's still for sale and available!

 

Well, if your gonna sell it too me, we need to find a good way to exchange this stuff. Like put on ebay with buy it now and I could buy it.
