Hello all

This morning I woke up to seeing my Civic outside my bedroom window. However, the tires and rims were missing. I'm getting replacement tires/rims (had special alloys that came with my EX SE) and I'm also getting locking lug nuts this time.

I am also getting a better alarm system for the car, something that detects "shocks" or movement of the car (i.e. someone jacking up my car to steal my tires and such). Anyone with a good recommendation as to what to get?

Also add a digital tilt sensor if you dont park on steep hills alot.

I went to one of the better car alarm installers here in the Columbus OH area - he is recommending a Compustar alarm system with digital tilt sensor - installed price with tax is $326.

Anyone with good/bad experiences with Compustar?

Ive heard alot of both about them.

 

Compustar was recommended to me also. I'm looking for a car alarm also. Price is not too bad either.

 

Id recommend code alrm
