chipped p28 help

so what would be the bad about running a na d16 with i/h/e on a p28 ecu that is chipped for a turbo d16

mmmm well if its set up for a boost application, it's probably gonna be set up to run bigger injectors, which will be screw your A/F ratio up. Any if you're buying it, it's not worth the money. If you have it around, i'd see leave it alone. It's pointless in the first place, not to mention that if its tuned/a baesmap for a turbo setup, it's not gonna run **** right.

Just no.

i dont have it lying aroung wanting to put it in my car, it already is, it came that way. my car seems to smell like burning gas alot and it misses at idle and stutters at acceleration sometimes so i was just thinking this might be the problem

wow, this is something else. Go get the right ecu for your engine code.

it's running rich
the ecu is tuned to supply more fuel, and since you don't need that extra fuel, you're running rich

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I know that's the correct ecu he has. BUT, I meant get the actual ecu for the engine that's not altered by an embedded chip.
