Default Civic 1.5 Vtec E no spark

Hi, i have a Honda Civic Hatchback 1.5 Vtec-E '98.

I have bought him when he didn't start.

He don't get a spark, i have changed the distributor and controlled all the cables from the distributor to the ecu.

I think there's already another ecu in. But could it be the immobilizer?

the crankshaft sensor is also okay.

sorry for my broken english

Does the fuel pump prime (low humming noise in rear) for 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II)? Does the CEL remain on or turn off after 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II)?

Does the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil inside the distributor have voltage with the key in ON(II)? If not, is 15A dash fuse 9 blown?
