civic chip - not eBAY
Got a 2004 1.6 i-VTEC sport civic.
I believe it's about 108 BHP.
IS it worth getting a chip for it and how much extra BHP would this give me?
What about these:

JUNK - all it is is an adjustable resistor that wires into your air intake temp sensor & tells the computer that is the temp is 30* instead of 70* therefore pumpimg in more fuel, youwont feel any performance gains at all , just waisting more gas

stop looking for the cheap, quick, and easy "solutions." They will all wreck you car. If you want power it's going to cost money. Superchargers and Turbochargers are they to go, AFTER you have built up your engine. If you don't build up your engine the superchargers and turbochargers will again break your car if you use them to their potential.
people tune their ecu's after major modifications. Tuning the ecu on a stock car would do absolutely nothing.
If you want power, go with some form of forced induction (ie, supercharger, turbo). Do not get an electric supercharger, as they will not do anything other than waste $300. Other options are motor swaps and nitrous. If you really want a powerful naturally-aspirated car, it'll cost you a lot of money.
I'd say start off with an i/h/e combo (intake/header/exhaust). These are among the cheapest upgrades, as well as the easiest to install (you have to be competent with a wrench and screwdriver, and that's about it). After that, there's the fun internals, like the valvetrain, cam (or cams for you dohc owners), pistons, etc.
Recomended brands for i/h/e: AEM (intake), Megan Racing or Hedmen Heddersheader, there's too many exhausts to list... Apexi, Greddy, HKS, RS*R, etc.
