Default Help with an electrical problem?

A few weeks back I installed a sound system in my girl's 05 Honda Civic. Now....the cars "always hot" systems aren't working...trip meter resets, no keyless entry, deck has no memory, no dome light. All works fine when the ignition is on though.
I pulled out the circut tester & the 3 hot wires plugging into the fuse box have constant power at the fuse box. The accessories & radio do not. Yet the radio powers up with the key in the ignition or acc. position, as does the dome light. This means that somewhere between where the hot wire hits the fuse box & the radio/acc/keyles entry fuses, something is breaking the circut.
Common sense tells me its a fuse, but I don't know if there is one. It doesn't make sense to me that the hot wire would be fused at the fuse box before it splits & is fused into the different sub-circuts. It is already fused in the engine bay fuse box.
Any ideas where to go next?
