Just throwing in a different ECU isn't going to do anything. Just cause check engine lights and lack of power. What engine do you have now? The stock d16y7? Auto or manual? How much money do you have to spend on the car? I can point you in the right direction.

 

stock 2000 dx hatch 70k miles. auto atm. plan is staying non vtec, manual, small turbo, stock internals, also looking at options for the intake manifold. Have not really thought about budget. Just want to take my time and look for good value. Thats why I am asking about ecu atm. thnx. oh yeah. d16y7..
