Fuel Filter and MPG

How often should i change it? What brand should i get? Does it make that much of a difference in MPG?

And other than tire pressure, what are some things i need to check to make sure i'm getting the best MPG?

Fuel filter life, I think, is around 50k. But for how cheap and easy it is to swap, I do mine more often than that. Usually around 30k

Oh yeah, always OEM!
