Default fuel pressure reg install

hEY all, just installed an adjustable fuel pressure reg on the civic. first time i fired her up she was trying to die on me. I wasn't completely sure I had knew which was inlet, which was outlet for the fuel on the regulator so i switched them and fired her up again. This time it cranked but wouldn't start, so I figured I had it correct the first time and maybe the pressure is just set too low. So i switched them back to where I had them the first time and now nothing will happen, just cranks. Could I have broken the FPR by hooking it up wrong or couil there be another problem I'm not aware of. This seemed to be a pretty simple install and I'm kinda pissed its giving me trouble. Thanks in advance.

you need to set the pressure to 40psi. the engine has to be running. unhook the vacuum hose that is connected to it and adjust it. you also need the fuel pressure gauge so you know where the pressure is at.

What kind of FPR did you get? I've heard the cheaper ones can do more harm than good

put the stocker back on and still wont start. Do you have to do anything special like bleading the line of anything when you do this?

if the fuel lines are hooked up right, you might have a clogged line. is fule getting to the regulator, and the injectors
