chipping an ecu.....well the name pretty says it all, you have to solder a chip to your ecu. If you know how to solder, then just do it yourself and save some bucks. If you don't know just practice soldering something to a broken electronic board. . About tuning, it's going to vary from place to place.

i think im gonna get it chipped by these guys http://www.xenocron.com/services.php?page=chippingtheyll chip it and burn to basemaps for under a hundred bucks but i dont know what tuning to go with uberdata, crome, extra 20 bucks for neptune, not hondata i dont think i want to spend extra money
plus if u know of any tuners in the wisconsin are that can tune for these that would be nice too

If you want to tune yourself it will cost you ~$600 + laptop.
